As an Information Processing Analyst with Lorton Data, Ann brings over 30 years of direct mail experience. In the course of her career, Ann has hands-on experience performing all facets of mail processing from data production to sorting the mail, from running the inkjet and inserting machines, to driving the truck to the Post Office and cajoling the acceptance clerks at the BMEU. She has spent years doing First-Class statement processing, catalog marketing, and political & election mail. Ann produces training videos that require her to keep up with advancements in technology and the USPS. Ann has helped hundreds of companies learn and understand Direct Mail marketing. She credits her teaching background for allowing her to explain the complexities of mailing in a way that doesn’t confuse or intimidate her audience.
Ann is a certified Mailpiece Design Professional (MDP), a member of the Twin Cities Postal Customer Council, and a former board member of the Minnesota Mailers Association.
In her spare time, Ann enjoys spending time with her family and is an avid knitter.
